Bought a kitchen? We fit it, in Swaffham

At about 14 miles north of Brandon, Swaffham is comfortably within the area we cover. Swaffham, Brandon and Thetford Forest and the villages around them all sit inside our core area.

Swaffham falls under Breckland Council. Anything structural, or anything that changes the footprint, is decided and inspected by them rather than by us. We build to what has been approved and work to the inspection stages on the programme.

Swaffham has a Georgian and older core around the market place, with later development beyond it. Everything else follows from that. None of that shows in a price list, which is why we come and look first. We price from the property, never from a template.

At about 14 miles from our base, getting out to measure up is straightforward rather than something we have to schedule weeks ahead. Call or send the enquiry form and we will arrange a time that suits you. The quote costs nothing.

Plots in the centre of Swaffham are tight and often awkward to get materials into. For work inside the house the plot matters less than it does for building work, but it still decides where the van, the deliveries and any skip can go.

In the older centre nothing is square and nothing is level, which is simply how it is. Inside the house that rarely stops anything, but it is worth knowing about when the work touches a wall, a floor or anything structural.

That is the council's decision rather than ours, and it turns on the property and the exact work. A listed house, or a job that moves a structural wall, is where it is most worth asking before anything is booked. The council to ask in Swaffham is Breckland Council, and we can point you at the right department once we have seen the job.

Yes. The nearest other towns on our list to Swaffham are Brandon, Thetford Forest, Watton, Downham Market and Fakenham, and the villages in between are covered as well. Each of those has its own page for kitchen fitting, linked further down this page.

Yes. It most often runs alongside second fix carpentry, extension work and renovation work, and because one team does the carpentry throughout there is no gap between trades. At about 14 miles from our base, putting the work into one programme also means one run of travel instead of several.

Call 07539 278705 or send the enquiry form with a line about the job. At roughly 14 miles away, a visit to measure up fits easily into a normal week. The quote costs nothing.
