Wardrobes built to your room in Thetford

Our base is in Brandon, about 7 miles from Thetford. We also work in Brandon, Thetford Forest, Attleborough and the villages between them, so this part of Norfolk is well inside the area we cover.

Thetford falls under Breckland Council. They are who the application goes to and who signs the work off, so it is worth knowing before a design is fixed. We build to what has been approved and work to the inspection stages on the programme.

What we are fitting into matters more than what we are fitting. Thetford is dominated by overspill era estates built from the late 1950s onward, wrapped around a much older core. Two houses on the same street can differ on this, so a number quoted down the phone is a guess. We price from the property, never from a template.

At about 7 miles from our base, getting out to measure up is straightforward rather than something we have to schedule weeks ahead. Call or send the enquiry form and we will arrange a time that suits you. The quote costs nothing.

Estate plots in Thetford are consistent and generously sized for their era, though side access is often tight. Inside work does not depend on the plot, although access, parking and somewhere to cut timber all come down to it.

The estate layouts here bring shared boundaries and narrow side access more often than not. For fitted work it is usually background, and it becomes relevant the moment a wall is moving or a floor is being lifted.

That is the council's decision rather than ours, and it turns on the property and the exact work. A listed house, or a job that moves a structural wall, is where it is most worth asking before anything is booked. In Thetford that means Breckland Council. If there is any doubt we would rather you check with them before work is booked than after.

Yes. The nearest other towns on our list to Thetford are Brandon, Thetford Forest, Attleborough, Watton and Diss, and the villages in between are covered as well. Each of those has its own page for fitted wardrobe work, linked further down this page.

Yes. It most often runs alongside second fix carpentry, media wall work and renovation work, and because one team does the carpentry throughout there is no gap between trades. At about 7 miles from our base, putting the work into one programme also means one run of travel instead of several.

Call 07539 278705 or send the enquiry form with a line about the job. At roughly 7 miles away, a visit to measure up fits easily into a normal week. The quote costs nothing.
